Windows下的解决方案如下：
1. 用网线把两台电脑连接起来
2. 设置笔记本A的本地连接的IP为192.168.100.1（随便取一个，注意不要和无线网卡的IP冲突了）
3. 设置笔记本A的本地连接的默认网关为无线网卡的IP（这一步实际上把A配置成了路由器）
4. 打开笔记本A的无线连接属性，在“共享”中设置“允许其他的网络用户通过这台电脑访问Internet”。如果在Win7下应该可以看到本地连接的访问类型已经变成了Internet
5. 设置台式机B的本地连接IP为192.168.100.2（这里只要保证两个本地连接在一个网段就行）。这样AB可以互相在网上邻居里看到了
6. 设置台式机B的默认网关和DNS为A的IP：192.168.100.1
7. 这样B也能上网了
